INTRODUCTORY CALL

In this free introduction session, we have the opportunity to connect and get to know each other better. We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and aspirations, as well as your expectations from the coaching process. It's a chance for you to ask any questions about my coaching approach, and for me to share how I can support you in unlocking your full potential as a leader. By the end of the call, we'll have a clear understanding of how we can work together to achieve meaningful personal and professional growth.

DISCOVERY SESSION

In our initial discovery session, we'll make an initial visioning exercise, discussing the challenges you face and defining your goals & ways to measure impact. Our focus will be on understanding what you aim to achieve through the program and the kind of leadership impact you aspire to make.

YOUR COACHING JOURNEY

If we find that we are a good fit to work together after our initial session, we'll move into a three-stage program typically spanning 3-12 months. Throughout our coaching engagement, I'll be your committed partner, working alongside you to achieve your career goals both within and outside our coaching sessions.

As part of my service, you an expect me to be available between sessions as needed. I welcome you to reach out and stay in touch between sessions, but following your own rhythm.
